The event is organized to promote yoga benefits, well-being, and encourage students to practice and serve through yoga.

Participation does not guarantee any sports quota, scholarship, or job opportunity.

Valid age proof must be submitted during registration.

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Entry fee: ₹500 (Common Category), ₹700 (Special Category), ₹1000 (Championship Category).

Participants must maintain discipline and follow event rules and coordinator instructions.

Organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.

By registering, participants consent to photography and videography being used for event promotion.

Judges' and organizers' decisions are final and binding.
