At Tapas Yogalaya, we strive to provide the best wellness experience through our yoga classes, workshops, and meditation programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased through our website or directly at our center.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration for any yoga class, workshop, or wellness program, you must notify us before the scheduled session or program start date.

  • Cancellations must be requested through our official contact channels.
  • Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the nature of the program.
  • Some promotional or discounted programs may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Approval

Refund requests are reviewed by our team. Once the refund request is approved by our management, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Once the refund is approved by our end, it will take 5–7 working days to process and the amount will be credited to your bank account or original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Missed classes or sessions after registration.
  • Partial attendance of workshops or programs.
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior cancellation.
  • Special promotional packages or discounted registrations.
Payment Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction whenever possible.

In certain cases, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another appropriate payment method.
