Refund Policy for Services
Yoga Classes and Therapy Sessions
- Single Classes: Refunds for single classes are not available. If you miss a class, you may reschedule it within a month of the original date, subject to availability.
- Class Packages: Refunds for unused classes within a package are available within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the classes in the package have been used. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you may transfer unused classes to another individual with prior approval.
- Workshops and Special Events: Refunds for workshops and special events are available if canceled at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
Memberships
- Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Refunds are prorated based on the remaining days in the billing cycle.
- Annual Memberships: Annual memberships can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus the cost of any used services. After 30 days, refunds are not available, but memberships can be transferred to another individual with prior approval.

Physical Products
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tapasyogalaya.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Digital Products
- Eligibility: Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Exceptions: If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact us at info@tapasyogalaya.com for assistance.
General Conditions
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return or cancellation request.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
